I’m Roger. I am currently a PhD student at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. I am studying cybersecurity and machine learning. Prior to pursuing my PhD, I was heavily involved in research in a broad set of areas, including applied homomorphic encryption, malware analysis, and decision support. I am involved in the development of homomorphic encryption standards, and helped organize workshops on security and privacy in multimedia at ACM CCS in 2017, 2018. As you might guess, I am a big fan of Brave and the BAT business model and want to do what I can to help them gain a foothold in the market.
